NV Piaff Brut Champagne, France $55.99
Elegant yet lively with initial brioche on the nose leading to pear and apple notes, highlighted by a magnificent persistent mousse. An excellent example of a premium champagne.
Blend:35% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay
A contemporary Champagne house needs a forward thinking wine maker, enter the main man Maxime Mansard.

2023 Floarian Mollet Roc de L'Abbey Sancerre, Loire Valley, France $37.99
Domaine Roc de l’Abbaye, owned and operated by the Mollet family, is in SaintSatur, a village in the heart of Sancerre with winegrowing origins dating back to the 11th century. Saint-Satur is famous for its ancient Abbey and its Silex (flint) terroir on the hillsides bordering the Loire river. Silex is a coveted soil type, found in only 15% of the vineyards in Sancerre, that produces wines with amazing minerality, acidity and precision with trademark smoky notes. This Sancerre Blanc is a benchmarks of Silex (flint) terroir and is sourced from parcels located around the villages of Saint-Satur, Sancerre, Bannay, Ménétréol and Thauvenay. Florian Mollet is very selective of the bunches during harvest and carefully maintains cooler temperatures during vinification to preserve and highlight the freshness and salinity in the finished wine.

2023 Chablisienne La Finages Chablis, Burgundy, France $28.99
Pale gold in color, a limpid and brilliant wine. Initially open and fresh on the nose with a light fruit note of vanilla and mineral. On aeration becomes fresher and more mineral. Long-lasting. Nice volume in the mouth with ripe fruit and fine minerality. Light, mineral finish.

La Chablisienne Description
The Chablis terroirs are a reflection of the Chablisienne vineyards. Predominantly Kimmeridgian, with alternating marls and marl limestone along with deposits of fossilized oyster shells that give great personality to the Chablisienne wines and stamp them with their characteristic minerality. Precisely located and defined, each terroir produces unique wines, each with its own character and capacity to evolve and develop.

2023 Frederic Esmonin "Les Genevrieres" Bourgogne Rouge, Burgundy, France $22.99
Les Genevrieres glows light red in the glass, yielding aromas of tart cranberry, ripe strawberry, and hints of brown spices. On the palate, soft cherry fruit eases into fleshed-out raspberry elements. Bright and elongated, tying together a very charming, easy-to-drink Burgundy.

Domaine Frédéric Esmonin, from Burgundy's Gevrey-Chambertain appellation, is a true family collaboration that consists of Frederic, his father, André, and his mother, Michele. They have been farming their 10-acres of family vineyards for generations and selling their fruit to the likes of Drouhin, Jadot, and Leroy. In 1988 they began to commercialize their own labels today they are producing consistently high-quality, beautiful wines that represent a great value considering their pedigree.

2020 Amirault Gravilices Bourgueil, Loire Valley, France $37.99
It is this wine’s balance which makes it so rich. Living and natural elements cohabit to perfection. It releases the full extent of its candied cherry and prune notes one to three hours after being opened or decanted. It develops roundness and then a rapturous flavour which fades away gently on the palate, sustaining the character of the body.

Family run for 180 years, Xavier and Agnès Amirault are the latest generation to biodynamically farm 37 ha across 53 parcels in Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil on the border of the Anjou and Touraine regions. The vineyards face south on gentle slopes and are made up of gravel, sand and clay over limestone. Cabernet Franc, locally known as ‘Breton’ is the dominant variety and in the winery Xavier adopts a pragmatic approach using both cement tanks and open top wooden casks for fermenting and both tanks and demi-muids for ageing. The emphasis here is firmly on elegance and finesse and in spite of their drinkability when young, they also age tremendously well.

2021 Chateau Mont-Redon Lirac, Rhone Valley, France $29.99
This wine welcomes you with classic garrigue aromas followed by a blend of boysenberry, dark plums and black cherry. Well-integrated tannins offer texture and sets the stage for an abundance of ripe black cherries, dried thyme and cardamom. Its lingering saline finish easily makes this wine a wonderful pairing for various lamb or roasted meat preparations. Enjoyable now with a proper decant or cellar through 2028+ before revisiting. — Anna-Christina Cabrales

Château Mont-Redon is located in the Northwestern of Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. The estate has the privilege of possessing the three emblematic terroirs of the appellation: mainly the pebbles of the plateau, then the safres (compact sand) and the urgonian limestones.
