2021 Chateau Haut Pasquat Bordeaux Blanc Entre-Deux-Mers, Bordeaux, France  $18.99
Showing a crisp herbaceous nose that follows through on the palate with lime acidity and a clean finish. The Semillon gives structure, the Muscadelle gives floral tones, and the Sauvignon gives freshnes
Vineyard:  Located in Escoussan in the Haut Benauge area. The 12 acres of soil are clayey and chalky. The average vine age is 20 years old.
Today the two family estates are managed by Oliver Cuvelier. He took the reins in 1985 and has developed a wide range of fine Bordeaux wines. The region has an ideal climate — moderated by the Gulf Stream, tempered by the Atlantic Ocean, with the tallest sand dunes in Europe and the forest of the Lands providing a natural wind barrier protecting the vineyards. As with all these dry white Bordeaux, the real appeal of the wine comes through as it is paired with food; try with seafood and white meat dishes.

2022 Domaine Barons de Rothschil Lafite " Les Legendes" Blanc, Bordeaux, France $18.99
90% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Sémillon
Bright straw yellow color. Very aromatic and flattering nose, mixing floral notes (lily) with ripe fruit aromas (white peach, pineapple, lychee).
The mouth is ample, round, balanced with a good freshness on the finish. This wine can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, or with fish and white meats.
The Rothschild family has been producing wine in Bordeaux since 1868.  For over 150 years, our master winemakers have been crafting the finest Bordeaux wines. Generations of local knowledge have taught our grape growers exactly how to get our Bordeaux Blanc so incredibly crisp and aromatic

2022 Chateau Suduiraut,  Lions de Suduiraut Blanc, Bordeaux, France $29.99

Our gourmand and fresh Lions de Suduiraut Blanc Sec offers an immediate pleasure.
To produce this wine, we selected a specific plot of Château Suduiraut vineyard, planted with Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc vines on average 20 years old. Our fine gravel and sandy terroir brings out fruit aromas and a beautiful freshness to the wine.
Its bright aromatic expression makes it an ideal wine to be savoured in its youth.

2020 Chateau Saby Bordeaux Superior, Bordeaux, France $19.99
Varietal Composition: 100% Merlot
The beautiful cherry red colour reminds us of garnets. The aroma of the preserved red fruits mixed with the hints of liquorice. The aromas of blackberries and blueberries create a softness and assured bouquet on our palate. It can be enjoyed with a fine cut of red meat or lamb. It provides the perfect match.
Château Saby is a small estate situated in Villegouge, and the Saby family brings these grapes over to Château Hauchat (AOC Fronsac, also under their ownership) for vinification.
This is the Saby family’s “value” offering, an easy to drink and medium bodied wine that will charm you with its deepness and character.  The Saby family has been making wine in Bordeaux for nine uninterrupted generations now, led by heirs to the family passion Jean-Christophe and Jean-Phillippe.  Their winery holdings, centered around Libourne, are comprised of 70 hectares and include Château Rozier (Saint Emilion Grand Cru), Château Bertin (Montagne-Saint-Emilion), and Château Hauchat (Fronsac).  Saby wines receive regular buzz for good reason – These are rich, balanced examples of high level Bordeaux.

2020 Chateau Mongravey Margaux Cru Bourgeouis, Bordeaux, France $53.99
Intense deep purple robe. Seductive and intense nose of cassis, raspberries, spices, vanilla and unctuous grilled and toasty aromas. Well-structured wine that is at the same time rich and lush in the mouth with smooth tannins and a very long finish.

Critical Acclaim
D96Decanter
Ripe, lovely fragrant nose of pencil shavings, oyster sauce, and cedar. Very fine palate, and lovely intensity of plums, black cherries, and blackcurrants, with hints of violets, wet stones, and hoisin. Extremely well made, refined, and harmonious.

2018 Chateau Cantenac Brown, Brio de Cantenac Brown Margaux, Brodeaux, France $49.99
Its dark garnet color shows the great quality of this vintage.  The red fruit aromas (strawberry, cherry…) burst  onto the palate.  Smooth, fruity with well blended silky tannins, this wine is denitively great and can already be drunk.  "Blackberries with figs, flowers and hints of chocolate. Full-bodied with polished and focused tannins and a flavorful finish. Drink or hold." - James Suckling (October 2022), 93 pts
