2021 Little RaRa Petillant "Pyren Vnyd", Victoria, Australia $27.99
Little Ra Ra is the incredible bang for buck range from the good folks at Pyren Vineyard.

The ‘Pètillant #1’ was their first ever Pet Nat creation, now in it’s 4th iteration. Sauvignon Blanc and free run Shiraz, harvested in early March inside of a couple of days. Blended on and allowed to settle before racking into a temperature-controlled tank to undergo a wild yeast ferment until dry. Once settled, it was then charged with a fresh parcel of Pinot Gris juice to re-ignite fermentation in bottle. No disgorging required.

Fantastic fluffy fizz. Juicy watermelon, strawberry, pink guava and lemon. Finishes dry & clean, keeping you coming back for more. Some real good summer picnic fizz right here! Shiraz (84%), Pinot Gris (8%) & Sauvignon Blanc (8%)

2022 Vins El Cep Pet-Nat Pinot Noir, Penedes, Spain $25.99
Vins el Cep (roughly translates to wines from the vineyard) epitomizes the concept of "grower" sparkling wine. Vins el Cep was the pioneering producer of organic and biodynamically farmed sparkling wine in Spain. Today, the winery produces wine exclusively from estate owned vineyards - not a single berry or liter of purchased must or wine enters the cellar every year. In contrast, Vins el Cep is strict with their selection and sells in bulk to large, commercial Cava producers when quality is not to their standards. Maite Esteve, the matriarch of the company, is the paradigm of the concept of a vigneron. She is a grape grower, winemaker, CFO, label designer, marketer, and director of sales.

2022 Can Sumoi Ancestral Montenegro Pet Nat, Penedes, Spain $22.99
Ancestral Montònega comes from high altitude montònega vines planted on our Can Sumoi estate, located 600 m above sea level in the mountains of Montmell, with stony soils that are not very developed. A variety that presents itself as rustic, with late budding, a long cycle and low ripening, which gives us floral and citrus notes. Vinified with the ancestral method, with a single alcoholic fermentation that begins in tank and ends in bottle.
Aromas: It has a lot of white fruit, a floral touch and rosemary.
Mouthfeel: Intense sparkling nose.
Tasting NotesSmooth, fresh and easy on the palate. A pure ancestral parellada.

2021 Domaine Landron-Chartier Naturlich Rose Pet Nat, Loire Valley, France $25.99
From northern Muscadet, this eminently charming and lightly explosive rosé pét-nat is a co-fermentation of 90% Folle Blanche and 10% Pinot Noir. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2 (the wine is undisgorged). 11.5%ABV
In the north of the Muscadet appellation there is an area with a figurative promontory-like view of the Loire's mouth and its meeting with the Atlantic: Coteaux d'Ancenis. Less heralded than the Sevre et Maine sub-region of Muscadet, the d'Ancenis is supremely influenced by its proximity to the Atlantic ocean. The wines here really do wear the chisel of a northern seaport.

2017 Manoir Tête de la Rouge ‘Free Mousse’ Pétillant Naturel, Loire Valley, France $22.99
Region: Saumur < Loire Valley < France

Grapes: 80% Cabernet Franc, 20% Chenin Blanc
Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Farming: certified organic since 1998 and certified biodynamic since 2010; clay-limestone soils; fermentation begins with native yeasts in vats, then transferred to bottles to continue for 10 months; bottled under screwcap with no added So2; 12.5% ABV
Winemaker: Guillaume Reynouard

2015 Vins El Cep "Claror" Can Prats, Cava Brut Nature, Penedes, Spain $53.99
FIRST BIODYNAMIC SPARKLING WINE IN THE WORLD
Qualified Single Estate Cava, Can Prats
Xarel·lo, Macabeu i Parellada

Claror is synonymous with purity, the essence of cava, the maximum expression of the Mediterranean with the three traditional grape varieties of the Penedès region. The first cava elaborated respecting the principles of biodynamic wine growing. A long-aged cava that represents the maximum expression of the terroir.
