2022 Jean-Claude Boisset Bourgogne Aligoté Les Moutots, Burgundy, France $29.99
The Aligoté vines of "Les Moutots" have an average age of 50 years old and display extraordinary minerality and freshness.  “Les Moutots” is a specific “lieu-dit” located in the South of the village of Chorey-Lès-Beaune.  Maturation: aged for 18 months in 450 L barrels with no racking or stirring to bring out all of this wine’s minerality. A proportion of 37% new French oak barrels.
Barrels: French oak barrels that had been toasted at low temperatures for a long time to impart a subtle, delicate touch of oak were used.

2024 La Garenne Saumur Chenin Blanc, Loire Valley, France $15.99
This white wine is from La Garenne's Premium range of entry-level wines. It is crafted using 100% Chenin Blanc from vineyards located mostly surrounding the villages of Le Puy Notre Dame and Le Vaudelnay, on the left bank of the Loire River in Saumur. The vines are planted on calcareous and clay soils, with south-southwest exposure to the sun. The average age of the vines is 45 years old, which naturally limits yields and provides great concentration and depth in the wine. The  grape must was slowly pressed and selected during the pressing phase. It underwent a temperature-controlled, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for nearly 8 weeks in order to develop the aromas.

2022 Domiane Maire Arbois Rouge, Jura, France 29.99
In order to create a harmonious cuvée, we selected our best plots and then our best cuvées once the wine is made, in order to obtain the optimal blend, bringing the most powerful and complexity. Harmonious Possible, with a perfect integration of the woods with the aromas of wine. The plots are located on clayey-limestone soil, sloping mainly south facing. The age of the vines is 25 to 30 years on average, ensuring the deep and refined expression of the Jura soil.
Comprising 60% Trousseau from gravelly soils and 40% Pinot Noir from grey marl, ferments spontaneously in steel with a gentle infusion-style maceration; it spends eight months in steel with a miniscule addition of sulfur dioxide after malolactic fermentation, and bottling takes place without filtration. Snappy and vibrant in its profile of raspberries and cherries, this is a light-hued wine virtually without detectable tannins that performs optimally with a light chill.

2024 La Garenne Pinot Noir, Loire Valley, France $15.99

A confluence of parsley sage rosemary and thyme the flavors are complex and seamless. Fresh strawberries and feral florals with a touch of cranberry compote are a prelude to a kiss of lingering bitterness. Expressive yet refined this would easily complement a hearty meal or spirited conversation. - 93 Points The Somm Journal
