2021 Tormaresca Calfuria Rosato, Tuscany, Italy $13.99
Calafuria is a bright peach-blossom pink color. On the nose, Calafuria offers fruity notes of pink grapefruit, peaches and pomegranate that merge with delicate lavender floral sensations. Its palate is supple, with pleasant freshness, in perfect balance with its lingering aromatic profile and a delicate savory finish. This tapers off long and potent, yet it is incredibly fresh and perfumed. A pure pleasure. The balanced richness of this Negroamaro Rosato leaves a lasting impression.

Villa Antinori 2020 is ruby red in color. The nose is intense, captivating and defined by fruity notes of black cherries and black currant with hints of cocoa and coffee. The pleasant bouquet is completed by aromas of spices and boxwood. The enveloping palate presents supple, velvety tannins sustained by excellent freshness and sapidity. The 2020 Chianti Classico Peppoli has a lovely bouquet of sweet red and blue berries, purple flowers, and white pepper. This moves seamlessly to the palate, which has a medium frame, generous and rounded red raspberry fruit, fine tannins, and warming cedar. A tiny element of Merlot in this Sangiovese-based wine adds softness.

Pian delle Vigne is a vibrant ruby red color. Its nose expresses pleasant aromas of red fruit, such as cherries, with light floral hints of violets and lavender. On the palate, it’s fresh, refined and savory with supple, mouth-filling tannins; remarkable for its luscious fruit and lengthy finish. Extremely pleasant drinkability.

Il Bruciato 2021 is intensely ruby red in color. The nose offers notes of small ripe red fruit, sweet spices, and tobacco. The palate has excellent structure, is remarkably mouth filling with a pleasant fruity aftertaste that imparts good persistence and easy drinkability.
