2022 Garciarevalo "Casamaro" Verdejo (Rueda) $15.99
The Garciarévalo vineyard is located at the junction where 2 rivers meet. The resulting microclimate in this area is roughly 5 degrees cooler than the surrounding region. Although the difference may seem slight, subtleties like this are very important to winemaking. Cooler temperatures, particularly at night, help to preserve acidity in grapes, allowing the grapes to ripen but retain a fresh character.
Casamaro is a refreshing white wine made only with indigenous Spanish grapes (75% Verdejo, 15% Viura). Crisp with a viscous texture, this wine is packed with vegetal and herbal notes like artichoke, thyme, and sage. Balanced with some light citrus and orchard fruit as well as a soft almost creamy finish, there’s a little something for everyone in the bottle.

2021 La Comarcal Delmoro Blanco, Spain $21.99
La Comarcal is a small project by two good friends who just happen to be two of eastern Spain’s most talented viticultors: Javi Revert and Victor Marqués.

Located in the mountainous village of Venta del Moro in the Valencia D.O., La Comarcal (“The District”) is a young winery founded in 2017 with the inspiration of making delicious, youthful wines—new expressions based on the old mountain vineyards of native Valencian grape varieties they farm with certified organic viticulture and native yeasts, utilizing only a judicious amount of sulfur. They focus on regenerative agriculture in every aspect of their work. From researching the best locations to replant native varieties to replace the once-dominant international varieties to working with traditional mixed-agriculture farming and planting trees, Javi and Victor are lifelong students of their natural environment with the winemaking experience to make a significant impact in their region. It shows in the energy and transparency of the project, as this winemaking duo is among the most exciting teams to watch in Spain.
95% Merseguera / 5% Chardonnay
Merseguera is fermented with native yeasts and aged in concrete tanks for six months. The two varieties are then blended and rested before a very light filtration, but no fining, before bottling.  Well-balanced and exotic, with notable texture and energy, a perfect accompaniment to the incredible foods of Valencia.
Vegan.

2021 Ca`n Verdura Supernova Blanc, Spain $29.99
With millions of tourists visiting Mallorca each year, the island recently was in danger of losing its unique cultural heritage, including viticulture specifically oriented to the preservation of native varieties. But a new generation of winemakers, farmers, and chefs who are diligently cataloging, recuperating, replanting, and exalting the thousands of years of history predating the boom of modern tourism. Like a supernova, the modern wine and food scene there is being rapidly revived.
Supernova” blanc is Ca’n Verdura’s premier white wine from the indigenous Moll grape. This complex, island white wine is medium bodied, with a profile of citrus, chamomile, fresh herbs, fennel, and white fruit notes, which provide great freshness. Production is necessarily very limited, as every bottle in this garage winery is sold each vintage.

2019 Martue Evolution, Spain $16.99
Martúe is one of the most exciting wineries to have emerged from the up-and-coming wine region of Castilla-La Mancha in central Spain, producing high-quality wines at accessible prices for everyday drinking. Martúe was the dream of Fausto Gonzalez, who planted vines in 1990 near La Guardia de Toledo, just southeast of the city of Toledo. In 2009 the estate earned the prestigious and rare designation of DO Pago Campo de La Guardia due to its location in a special enclave with complex soils at 850m elevation at the convergence of two tectonic plates near the Tagus River in central Spain.
Evolution is produced from estate-grown tempranillo grapes. Farming is sustainable, and the wines are made without any additions. Alcoholic fermentations are spontaneous with indigenous yeasts. The goal is to make wines with maximum character. Grapes are harvested at night as quickly as possible. As all of the vineyards closely surround the winery, the grapes are crushed and begin fermentation immediately. This is a testament to the great care taken by the team, and the results are felt in the quality of the finished wines, which are fresh, balanced, and delicious.

2021 La Comarcal Delmoro Tinto, Spain $21.99
Delmoro Tinto comes from vineyards near the village of Venta del Moro between 15 and 50 years old. The garnacha that makes up 60% of the blend comes from a 4ha single-vineyard called Guindal planted in 1987 at 600m. Bush-trained, old-vine syrah makes up the remainder of the blend. Delmoro Tinto is a Mediterranean red with great freshness and balance, with a fruit-driven, approachable palate perfect for just about any food pairing. "

2021  Ca`n Verdura Supernova Negre, Spain $29.99
Ca'n Verdura Viticultors is a micro-winery founded in 2012 by Mallorcan native Tomeu Llabrés in a former auto garage in the Binissalem denomination, located in the north-central portion of Mallorca. Tomeu has focused his energy and attention on the ancient indigenous varietal Mantonegro, producing stunning wines.
Supernova, Tomeu's flagship wine, is 100% Mantonegro from vineyards planted in the 1950's. The wine is wildly fragrant with herbal-tinged, red berry fruit aromas that explode from the glass. The palate is medium-bodied and exhibits those aforementioned ripe red berry flavors mixed with notes of exotic spice. This wine is well-structured and finishes leaving you wanting for another sip.
