2019 Antech "Emotion" Rose Sparkling, Limoux, France
Limoux is the world’s original birthplace of sparkling wine, with the first bubbles produced here in the year 1544, some 150 years before Dom Perignon began making sparkling wine in Champagne.  This is the winery’s best selling wine, and Francoise Antech calls it her “shu-shu” aka “little darling.”
This wine always has zero dosage, and was originally inspired by the fine Rosé wines of Provence.
Francoise “really has to fight” to get this pale pink/orange color with silver flecks (“Oeil de Pedrix”)
Varietal: 66% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin Blanc, 10% Mauzac, 4% Pinot Noir
With a delicate pink / salmon color, with brilliant highlights. On the nose it has nice flavors of red fruits and spring flowers. The mouth is fresh and fruity, with elegance and persistence. A glass of Emotion Rosé can serve as an excellent alternative to a pre-dinner cocktail, or is great with almost any seafood dish, including sushi, sashimi and Thai food.

Zeit Pet Nat, Austria
Grapes: 50% Gelber Muskateller, 50% Riesling
Vineyard: loess. Estate-owned, biodynamically grown vines.
Making of: the grapes are hand-harvested and macerated on skins for 5 hours, then pressed and spontaneously fermented in tanks. While the fermentation is still going, the wine is bottled under crown caps to finish as pet-nat. Released after 5 months on its fine lees, without fining or filtration, no sulfur added.
Personality: lush aromatics of the Muskateller supported by the acidic backbone of the Riesling and vivacious fizz – a highly drinkable combination.

Milan Nestarec Forks & Knives White, Monrovia, Czech Republic
We're thrilled by the multitude of natural wines coming out of the Czech Republic. Natural winemaker, Milan Nestarec, has made this fun, delicious white from a blend of local grapes. This an orange wine, it's color coming from extended skin contact. Bone dry, with notes of cider, meyer lemon, bay leaves and a hint of green olive. Be aware this may have a slight fizz when first opened. The wine is bottled without fining or filtering and zero sulfur is added.

Milan Nestarec Forks & Knives Red, Monrovia, Czech Republic
This endlessly drinkable Pinot Noir has us swooning. Made without added sulphur, this is wine all about pure, bright red fruit flavors. Drink lightly chilled anytime, anywhere. Natural winemaker, Milan Nestarec, is a force in a new era of winemaking and we are consistently impressed with the eccentric wines he turns out.

2021 Gaspard Cabernet Franc, Loire Valley, France $20.99
One of the typical grapes of the area, the Cabernet Franc instantly entices you with its smooth tannins and dark fruit flavors mingled with spicy / earthy undertones. Enjoy lightly chilled, on its own or next to some roast beef, BBQ, country hams or rustic patés.

Vineyard: Clay and limestone. 25 – 60 years old vines, farmed organically (in conversion). Grapes are destemmed and hand-sorted before being crushed and put into vats. The maceration then takes 5-6 weeks, with regular punchdowns, with indigenous yeast only. Once pressed, the juice spends around a year in concrete tanks. Filtered, not fined.

Estezargues Les Genestas Côtes du Rhone Villages Signargues $21.99
50% Grenache 30% Syrah 20% Mouvèdre+Counoise

A well-balanced Rhone red with spice, fruit and tannin. Farmed organically by one of the first co-operatives in France to start farming as such. This is a bolder blend from the winery with 40% Grenache, 35% Syrah, and 15% Carignan. Vinified naturally with wild yeasts, no additives used save a small amount of sulfites, and no filtering and fining.
