2023 Pepin Petillant Natural, Alsace, France $27.99
This is exceptional natural sparkling wine that will awaken your taste buds with an explosion of refreshing flavors in every sip. Made with care and passion, our Pet-Nat is the result of a meticulous process that highlights the grapes grown by our winegrowers, in accordance with the principles of organic farming. Its delicate effervescence and captivating aromas of fresh fruit will transport you on a unique sensory journey.
This natural sparkling wine offers a harmonious taste experience, with a lively acidity that perfectly balances its natural sweetness. The delicate notes of ripe grapes, citrus fruits and white flowers blend in a sparkling symphony on the palate, leaving a lingering and elegant finish.
Great as an aperitif, at a party, on a picnic, with tapas, sushi, fried calamari and vegetable dishes.

2024 Tsiakkas Xynisteri, Cypress, Greece $29.99
Tsiakkas Winery was established in 1988 with a small production of 500 bottles in the town of Pelendri, near Limassol. The winery has grown in size to produce 150000 and exports to the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium and the USA. They make wine from indigenous varieties as well as wines from international varieties like Cabernet, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Merlot. Gradually, our focus is shifting to the local Cypriot varieties. We rely to certain extent on our own vineyards, but also source fruit from vineyards where we have a long term relationship in place. Tsiakkas Winery prides itself on producing high quality wines that have improved in quality year after year.

Charming lemon-green color, with an intense nose, scented with nectarines and herbs along mineral, salty notes. Stylish and lean but with enough flesh to give grip and body. Cool fermentation in stainless steel.

2023 Pepin Blanc, Alsace, Fance $27.99
Pépin Blanc, a wine of rare finesse. This subtle blend reveals a perfect balance between freshness and complexity. Savor the authenticity of this wine, carefully cultivated without the addition of synthetic products.

Pépin Blanc seduces with its luminous yellow color and delicate aromas of citrus, white flowers and white-fleshed fruit. On the palate, harmonious notes of juicy peach and citrus zest mingle with lively acidity, offering a refreshingly elegant taste experience.

Enjoy it as an aperitif, with fish and seafood, or simply to celebrate life’s precious moments.

2024 Apostolos Thymiopoulis Rose di Xinomavro, Macedonia $28.99
Rosé wine Biodynamic and Organic.
Thymiopoulos Rosé de Xinomavro 2024 is a true sensory delight, beginning with its delicate salmon hue in the glass. On the nose, captivating aromas of strawberry jam and tomato take centre stage, followed by an intriguing hint of caramelised rose petals, cherry, raspberry, and quince. Upon tasting, it feels medium-bodied, with smooth tannins and a crisp acidity that masterfully balances its luscious texture. The palate is filled with notes of ripe strawberry, sweet cherry, caramel, and sun-dried tomato. It leaves a lingering toffee finish. It is a perfect choice for those seeking a rosé wine brimming with character and freshness.

2025 Moykaoe Tsiakkas Mouklos Mavro, Cypress $32.99
A dry red wine made from Cyprus' native Mavro grape, this come from 80 year-old ungrafted vines. Red fruits, rose, and cocoa aromas meet a medium body and structure. Pair with Sheftalia.
The island of Cyprus has one of the oldest wine traditions in the world (dating back 5,500 years), but has been off of most wine maps for the last century. That’s changing in part because of the work of Kosta and Marina Tziakkas, who founded the Tsiakkas Winery in 1988 with the goal of bringing top quality wine back to the island. The couple, who cultivate biodynamic, ungrafted vines on mountain slopes at altitudes over 1,000 m, initially focused on international varieties, but turned their attention to native varieties (including Yiannoudin, Promara, Xynisteri and Vamvakada) over 20 years ago. Their Mouklos, made from 80 year-old Mavro vines made via 50% carbonic maceration, exemplifies their skill: aromas of strawberry, cherry, rose, and chocolate give way to a juicy palate, with notes of dried herbs and earth. Yamas!

2023 Pepin Rouge, Lanquedoc-Rousillion, France $25.99
This wine is made from equal parts Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, and Cinsault, with a small percentage of Muscat. The small addition of white Muscat gives this red dominated blend a juicy aromatic lift. Pair it with flank steak tacos and with a good group of friends. Pepin is a negociant project spearheaded by Achillée, a biodynamic producer in Alsace, aimed at sourcing organic fruit from small biodynamic farmers, and producing low intervention wines for a casual drinking public. The fruit for Pepin Rouge No. 6 comes from grapes grown in the Languedoc-Roussillon region in southern France. This wine seriously delicious, crushable, and enjoyable for all! Serve it slightly below room temperature.
