2024 Ferrandiere Chardonnay, France $14.99
Domaine De La Ferrandiere Pays d'Oc Chardonnay shines with a pale yellow color accented by fresh green highlights. The nose is bright and inviting, bursting with vibrant fruit in a clean, crisp, unoaked style that lets the grapes truly speak. On the palate, lively pear and passion fruit flavors take center stage, leading into a smooth, well-rounded buttery finish that adds just the right touch of richness. Refreshing yet satisfying, this Chardonnay pairs beautifully with seafood, especially poached fish drizzled in lemon butter sauce, making it a deliciously easy choice for relaxed, flavorful dining.
2025 Ferrandiere Grenache Gris Rose, France $15.99
Silvery pink color. Aromas and flavors of thyme, sour cherries in Greek yogurt, mint, and cashew nougat with a supple, crisp, light body and a sleek, breezy finish that presents notes of under ripe watermelon with no oak flavor.
Ferrandiere Description
100% Grenache Gris. The vines (10-25 years) are mechanically harvested at night to avoid oxidation and excessive temperatures. The wine is vinified in steel tank and is bottled shortly after fermentation is completed.
The 100 hectares of the Ferrandière, property of the Gau family, and now the Mas family, are planted in the dried-up pond of Marseillette. This ancient maritime lagoon, between the Corbières and the Minervois, near Carcassonne, 40 km from the Mediterranean Sea, offers deep clay and saline soil. This unique soil, associated with a climate with great diurnal and nocturnal thermal amplitudes, makes it possible to cultivate free-range vines and gives the grape an original flavor and acidity, close to the Umami.
2017 Chateau D`Arlay Pinot Noir, Jura, France $41.99
From one of Jura's most historic estates, this pale ruby Pinot Noir offers an intriguing nose of sour cherry, dried rose, and a distinctive oxidative nuttiness. The light-bodied palate delivers flavors of cranberry, black tea, and a touch of curry powder—a complex profile that earned 91 points for its regional typicity. Aged 24 months in old oak without topping up, this 12.5% alcohol red finishes with a pleasant grip. Best enjoyed slightly chilled with coq au vin jaune or Comté cheese to appreciate Jura's unique winemaking traditions.
2023 Domaine Jean Sipp Alsace Pinot Noir, Alsace, France $28.99
This elegantly perfumed Pinot Noir is savory with nice density of flavor and color with a layers of flavors. One will find dry earth, violets, spiced plums, mulling spices and ripe cranberry. The texture is medium in weight with fine tannins and a fresh finish.
Located on the most famous of wine routes, in Ribeauvillé, Domaine Jean Sipp is a family-run winery in the heart of the Alsace vineyards. For 4 generations, all the vinification and marketing of our wines has been carried out in a 15th-century manor house in the upper town.
In 2014, Jean-Guillaume took over the reins of the estate following his training at the Lycée Agricole in Rouffach, after completing work placements with a number of wineries, including domaines Zind-Humbrecht in Alsace, Olivier Leflaive in Burgundy, Marcel Guigal in Ampuis in the Rhône and domaine Mont-Redon in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. During his career, Jean-Guillaume has also had the opportunity to get close to vineyards in the New World, notably in Chile, Argentina, South Africa and New Zealand.
Under his impetus, the winery took on a new lease of life, starting with the vines, where he developed soil cultivation and affirmed his commitment to the environment. His efforts were rewarded with HVE (High Environmental Value) certification in 2019 and organic certification in 2021.
2024 Mas De Boislauzon La Chaussynette Rouge, Rhone Valley, France $16.99

Mas de Boislauzon is a six-generation estate, located just north of Châteauneuf-du-Pape in the ancient Roman city of Orange and owned and operated by the Chaussy-Laget family. The brother-sister team of Daniel Chaussy and Christine Laget, who have been managing the property for the last two-plus decades, are the winemaker and marketer, respectively.

A delightful blend of Grenache and Syrah, La Chaussynette offers a beautiful bouquet of ripe berry fruits complemented with notes of mixed herbs. The medium-bodied palate is loaded with ripe strawberry and raspberry flavors accented with touches of lime zest, mint and fennel.
2023 Clos De Gamot Cahors Le Gamotin Rouge, Cahors, France $24.99
From 80-year-old Malbec vines on the iron-rich terrefort soils of Cahors, this "little Gamot" displays a near-opaque purple-black core. The nose explodes with primal aromas of macerated black plums, violets, and freshly cracked pepper with an underlying ferrous minerality. The palate offers remarkable density - flavors of blueberry compote, bitter chocolate, and roasted game unfold with muscular yet refined tannins that earned 93-95 point scores. Aged 18 months in old foudres, this 14% alcohol Malbec finishes with a mouthwatering salinity that lingers for minutes.
The Jouffreau family have been settled in Prayssac since 1290, first as farmers and merchants and, since 1450, as the winemakers of Clos de Gamot. In 1610, the Jouffreau family build a house in the middle of the vines which today houses the current generation.
During the phylloxera epidemic in the 1880’s Guillaume Jouffreau collected the last vine shoots of Malbec from Clos de Gamot and grafted them onto other vines’ branch. The Malbec on a Herbemont’s rootstock was a success and he saved the vineyard and almost all the Cahors in the area. These centuries-old vines continue to produce a few clusters of pure Malbec every year.
Clos de Gamot is a 15-ha vineyard with a unique variety of Malbec vines located on calcareous clay-siliceous with pebbles and flints. The vineyard is situated on the second and third Lot’s terrace, which comes from the Massif Central (pebbles, gravel, quartz) and the alluvium of the Lot. A strip of red clay crosses the vineyard and gives some exceptional properties to this terroir. The geography of Cahors, with the influence of both the Mediterranean ocean (with the Autan Wind) and continental, brings excellent complexity to the wines.
