The Wines

2025 Lieu Dit Blanc de Mer, Santa Barbera County, California $25.99
50% Chardonnay, 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Chenin Blanc
Native yeast fermentation.  Aged in neutral oak and stainless steel, then blended in tank before bottling.

From the rolling hills of Santa Barbara County comes the inaugural release of Blanc de Mer — a fresh expression born from some of the region’s most storied vineyards: McGinley, China Blue, Happy Canyon, and Jurassic Park.

Each lot was vinified separately using native yeast, then aged thoughtfully in a mix of neutral oak and stainless steel. The final blend is layered, textural, and bright. On the nose, you’ll find citrus blossom, yellow apple, and ripe pear. The palate is vibrant and mineral-driven, offering a clean, saline finish that invites another sip.

Blanc de Mer was crafted with versatility in mind — equally at home with oysters and grilled shrimp as it is with roast chicken or a sunny afternoon.

"The 2023 Chardonnay Eola-Amity Hills is a new cuvée from Evening Land. Matured for 11 months in used French oak plus six months in stainless steel, it has inviting aromas of quince, Greek yogurt, toast and flint. The medium-bodied palate is bursting with ripe stone and orchard fruit and honeyed undertones. Vibrant acidity adds a shimmery quality, and it has a long, saline-laced finish. 2,950 cases produced."

2025 Anne Amie 'Passetoutgrains', Willamette Valley, Oregon $26.99
This vibrant wine opens with aromas of fresh-picked cherries, marionberry, watermelon rind, orange peel, cinnamon, and earthy notes. The palate is juicy and bright, showcasing red fruits, blueberry, baking spice, and mineral undertones. Fresh tannins and mouthwatering acidity carry through the finish. A versatile pairing wine, it complements roasted vegetable tarts, charcuterie, roast chicken, mushroom risotto, grilled salmon, coq au vin, and goat cheese tart.

Passetoutgrains, a French term meaning "all the berries go through," reflects the traditional Burgundian blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay. This expression, sourced from Laurelwood soil vineyards in the Chehalem Mountains, showcases a distinctive mineral character, and the wine's bright red fruit, delicate spice, and subtle mineral edge create an easy drinking wine meant for any occasion.

2023 Lieu Dit Cabernet Franc, Santa Ynez Valley, France $33.99
Our journey with red wine began with just one grape—Cabernet Franc. If it sounds kind of familiar, that’s because it’s one of the parents of Cabernet Sauvignon. Never big or showy, but bold and bright in all the right ways, our Cabernet Franc drinks best with a slight chill and great meal.

We really love Cabernet Franc for its unvarnished charm and food-friendliness. A good glass of Franc will immediately tell you where it’s from.  Black cherry, tomato leaf, violets, graphite on the nose. Pomegranate, plum, dried herbs on the palate.
Practicing Organic  100% Cabernet Franc.  Sourced from Rock Hollow, China Blue, Happy Canyon, and Santa Ynez Vineyards
Chamise Shaley Loam with serpentine cobble soils and Positas Fine Sandy Loam
Native yeast fermentation with partial whole cluster

"Another wine in this range of compelling identity, the 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon marries old-school varietal signatures with midweight texture and fruit-forward approachability. Rich blackberry, dark chocolate, grilled herbs and sweet pipe tobacco flesh out in the glass. Generous but not heavy, the 2023 will delight lovers of New World-inflected but classically built wines. Fabulous."
