Pangea Selections is an importer of Organic, Biodynamic, and Natural wines, founded in 2019 by Grant Richardson. We are meticulously crafting one of America’s most distinguished portfolios of fine wines from across the globe. From prestigious estates to innovative "garagistes," our winemakers create pure, precise wines that reflect their origins.

In the famed Coteuax D'Aix en Provence Domaine de la Mongestine is a rarity in the appelation, they don't seek to make lakes of poolside rose like the broad swath of the region. Instead they have committed first to organic agriculture becoming certified in 2014, and then to biodynamics with conversion complete in 2019. Celine and Harry Gozlan are driven by a care for the land and minimal intrevention in the cellar. They allow Native yeast to take the lead, they forgo oak, using inert vessels and ampohora for fermentation and aging, and use only judicious amounts of sulfur at bottling. The resulting wines are the refreshing, saline, textured wines we want to drink all year round.

The Wines

2024 Domaine De La Mongestine "Bob Bulle Blanche", Provence, France $29.99
BOB BULLES BLANC DE NOIRS: Direct pressing of cinsault and grenache for the base wine. Freezing 10% juice for the second fermentation in spring with the Charmat method (Prosecco). White colour with yellow reflections. The nose is on the white fruit and the mouth is a sweet without residual sugars. It is tense, mineral and calls to party until the end of the night

70% Cinsault + 30% Grenache
Destemming 100%.  Soil argilo-calcaire.  North exposure - 450 m altitude
100% malolactic fermentation.  Native yeasts - no fining - light filtration.  Concrete tank

2022 Domaine De La Mongestine "Bob Singlar Bulle Rose", Provence, France $29.99
In the middle of the Provence-Verdon region, near the village of Artigues (north east of Aix-en-Provence), the Domaine De La Mongestine stretches over a long hillside of 40 ha, surrounded by forests, with a total area of 120 ha and culminating at 450 m altitude. The altitude coupled with the northern exposure creates a unique microclimate in Provence. In summer, the nights are cool and the days sunny and warm. Winter is cold and harsh. These parameters provide a climate that is more northern than it's actual location.

Their biodynamic farming practices allow the estate to strengthen the natural vigor of the vines. A healthy and living grape (with its population of natural yeasts) enables a natural vinification.

The Bob Singlar Bulles Rosé is a 100% Syrah sparkling wine and combines the “Pet’ Nat” method with the “traditional Champagne method”. During the vinification there is no addition of sulfur and other products. It is Brut Nature with no added dosage (sugar). The fermentation happens in temperature-controlled concrete vats with a second malolactic fermentation as well. The result is soft and elegant bubbles that expresses itself on the red fruits on the nose, with a tense and mineral finish.

A festive and aperitif bubble that is so much fun to drink... you better keep a second bottle cold!

2025 Domaine De La Mongestine "Bob Blanc", Provence, France $23.99
La Mongestine Bob Blanc is the kind of white you want to have on hand all summer long, bright, refreshing, and effortlessly drinkable. Sourced from high-elevation vineyards in Provence, it offers lively notes of citrus, white peach, and crisp orchard fruit, with a hint of Mediterranean herbs adding freshness and complexity. The palate is clean, vibrant, and mineral-driven, making it just as enjoyable on its own as it is alongside grilled seafood, salads, or light summer fare.. 50/50 Blend of Roussanne and Rolle.

2025 Domaine De La Mongestine "Bob SInglar Orange", Provence, France $26.99
60% Sauvignon blanc + 40% Grenache blanc
Provence < France
Certified Organic, Certified Biodynamic
3 weeks of skin contact
Salty, beachy, drink it with some of your friends out of mason jars or smuggle it to the beach vibe.

2025 Domaine De La Mongestine "Bob Singlar Rose", Provence, France $26.99
Further breaking the mold for Provence winemaking, la Mongestine produces their wines with minimal intervention. None of the wines see sulfur until bottling. Native yeast fermentations allow the estate to showcase the different terroirs of their estate. They avoid barrel aging preferring inert tanks and amphora, which allows for micro-oxygenation but does not obscure their terroir.

A blend of Merlot and Vermentino farmed organically on hillside slopes, handpicked, fermented with native yeasts, and bottled with minimal sulfur. A simple approach to winemaking to produce an exemplary and delicious rosé. This is Provencal rosé rebooted.

2025 Domaine De La Mongestine "Bob Singlar Rouge", Provence, France $26.99
Domaine De La Mongestine Bob Singlar Rouge 2025 is a bright, chillable red with serious summer pull. It comes from Provence and carries the Vin de France designation. The blend is unconventional. Merlot, Marselan, Pinot Noir, and a touch of Roussanne create a pale, juicy red that feels lifted, crunchy, and quietly eccentric. Red berry fruit leads the way, while spice, herbs, and a faint citrusy snap keep the wine nimble and fresh. It drinks with ease, yet it never feels boring. Want a light red with personality and swagger? This bottle absolutely fits the brief.

The nose opens with raspberry and red cherry straight away. Cranberry follows, while delicate spice and a subtle balsamic lift add brightness and keep the fruit from feeling too simple. There’s a breezy herbal edge here. That savory touch gives the aroma profile extra shape and makes the wine feel lively, not merely fruity.

The palate lands fresh and light on its feet. Tangy red berries move first, then soft spice, citrusy tension, and a faint savory note stretch the wine into something more intriguing than a standard easy red. It feels vibrant and transparent. The texture stays supple, while the overall profile remains crisp enough for a light chill.

The finish is clean and energetic. Red fruit lingers with a touch of spice, while the wine’s freshness leaves a tidy, mouthwatering impression that fades slowly rather than dropping away. Nothing feels heavy here. Instead, it exits with charm, lift, and that easygoing snap that makes another sip feel inevitable.
