NV J. Laurens Blanquette de Limoux, Le Moulin Sparkling, Lanquedoc Rousillion, France $24.99
Known as BLANQUETTE for the fine white coating which forms on it’s leaves, the Mauzac of the Blanquette appellation is the traditional grape variety of the Limoux vineyard. It distinguishes itself by its aromas of green apple, acacia flowers and apricot with toasted nuances. The J. Laurens Domain knows how to stamp it’s signature: with finesse and freshness. This Blanquette is perfect as an aperitif or with an entrée like marinated salmon.Grapes : 90 % Mauzac, 10% Chardonnay

2021 Jean-Luc Tunevin Bordeaux Blanc, Bordeaux, France $22.99
Jean Luc’s vision of super small-production and super-high quality paved the way for the new Bordeaux types. His Presidial proves Bordeaux can be enjoyed any night of the week.
"A creamy and tangy white with sliced apples, almonds, nougat and lemon meringue on the nose. Medium-bodied, bright and lemony combined with a nutty undertone.

2020 Couly-Dutheil Chinon "La Coulee Automnale", Loire Valley, France $28.99
Ruby color, fresh and pleasant nose with a small dominance of black fruits. A fruity, full, and ripe mouth, with silky tannins.

After the Gravières, we decided to tame other harmonies, charm, wisdom and roundness. Our Autumn wine was born and wears the pretty name of Coulée Automnale!

2018 Couly-Dutheil Chinon Baronnie Madeleine, Loire Valley, France $38.99
100% Cabernet Franc. Lovely intense ruby color appearance with a purplish reflection. The bouquet is superb with red fruit aromas and spicy notes. Generous and elegant, with rich, high-quality tannins, this wine is very well-balanced.

Domaine Couly-Dutheil has become, over the years, a reference point for the appellation of Chinon and one of the Loire Valley's most famous estates. Established in 1921 by Baptiste Dutheil, then developed by his daughter, Madeleine Dutheil, and her husband René Couly, today Couly-Dutheil remains a family Domaine, owned by the third and fourth generation. Arnaud Couly is the fourth generation and current winemaker, having taken over from his father, Jacques Couly, in 2003. Couly Dutheil owns a total of 90 hectares of vines, 98% of which are Cabernet Franc.

La Baronnie Madeleine is bottled only in top-quality vintages, only after a blind tasting confirms its success. If the blind tasting does not show the wine to be superior, the wine is incorporated into the lesser cuvées and not bottled separately as Baronnie Madeleine. The cuvée, named for the winemaker's grandmother, represents the style of the "Feminine Ideal: richness and elegance." The wine must be round, charming, and complex with elegant and rich tannins to ensure good aging potential.

2020 Chateau de Cranne Cote de Bordeaux, Bordeaux, France $16.99
Châteaux de Cranne Bordeaux Rouge is approachable and exquisite in the whole sense of the word. Well-balanced, well-structured, and rich with soft, fresh black fruit and soft integrated tannins, this wine has aromas and flavors of blackberry, blueberry, dark plum, black cherry, licorice, and cedar, with a persistent finish. Merlot is the dominant grape and there is a little bit of Cabernet Sauvignon in a supporting role, adding a little complexity to this great wine. This is a magnificent steak wine.

2023 Crous Saint Martin Gigondas "Les Espaliers", Rhone Valley, France $36.99
Dark and The 2023 Gigondas Les Espaliers checks in as 80% Grenache and 10% each Syrah and Mourvèdre, brought up all in tank. This ruby/purple-hued 2023 offers a beautiful perfume of sweet framboise, red plums, pepper, and flowery garrigue-like notes in a medium-bodied, pure, elegant, balanced style. It should drink nicely right out of the gate.
