2021 Chateau De Cerons Graves Blanc, Bordeaux, France $29.99
he 2021 Château de Cérons AOC Graves Dry White is a refined blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris and Sémillon from the Graves region in Bordeaux.

We have held firm throughout this third year of conversion to organic farming, despite a wet and mild winter and spring, and a fight against mildew in very difficult and rare working conditions.
September got off to a flying start, with the ripening of the grapes accelerating in the last few days of August and the Sauvignon Blanc harvest starting on 29 August.
A generous, classic, highly aromatic and fresh white vintage.
Colour, smoothness, creaminess and freshness are the key characteristics of this vintage.

The nose is very fine and expressive with notes of lemon and pink grapefruit, complemented by an aromatic touch of passion fruit. On the palate, the wine is lively and invigorating, very fruity, giving way to a subtle minerality typical of the appellation. The wine is also pleasantly smooth, thanks to ageing on fine lees, with a long-lasting aroma on the finish.

2024 Andre Neveu Sancerre Fricambault Rose, Loire Valley, France $35.99
From flinty clay soils in the eastern Sancerrois, this Pinot Noir rosé shimmers with a delicate onion-skin hue and silver reflections. The nose enchants with wild strawberry, white peach, and an unmistakable pierre à fusil minerality. The palate offers remarkable concentration—flavors of blood orange, crushed raspberry, and a touch of saline chalk unfold across a silk-textured midpalate that earned 92 points from La Revue du Vin de France. Fermented cool in stainless steel with extended lees contact, this 13% alcohol rosé finishes with a mouthwatering acidity that dances on the palate. Serve slightly chilled with rillettes de canard or salmon tartare to appreciate its Burgundian finesse in rosé form—the 2023 vintage shows exceptional purity from an ideal flowering season.

2022 Domaine Rochette Beaujolais-Lantignie Rouge, Beaujolais, France $19.99
This wine originates on granitic soils in the municipality of Lantignié. Beaujolais is in such a sweet spot at the moment with a run of cracking vintages highlighting the exquisite value on offer. Domaine Rochette run by young Matthieu continues to go from strength to strength. This 2022 is stacked with blueberry, pomegranate and cranberry fruit, there is lovely generosity on the palate, with nice sappy tannins and a crunch of ripe acidity. Serve cellar cool for maximum enjoyment.

2022 Clos De Gamot Le Gamotin Rouge, Cahors, France $22.99
From 80-year-old Malbec vines on the iron-rich terrefort soils of Cahors, this "little Gamot" displays a near-opaque purple-black core. The nose explodes with primal aromas of macerated black plums, violets, and freshly cracked pepper with an underlying ferrous minerality. The palate offers remarkable density - flavors of blueberry compote, bitter chocolate, and roasted game unfold with muscular yet refined tannins that earned 93-95 point scores. Aged 18 months in old foudres, this Malbec finishes with a mouthwatering salinity that lingers for minutes. Decant for ribeye or cellar until 2028+ - the 2022 vintage produced Cahors of uncommon elegance and aging potential.

2021 Chateau De Cerons Graves Rouge, Bordeaux, France $29.99
This Left Bank blend from Cerons' gravelly plateau presents a deep ruby core with garnet rim. The sophisticated nose layers cassis, cedar pencil, and sous bois aromas. The medium-bodied palate offers flavors of black cherry, tobacco leaf, and graphite framed by polished tannins - a classic claret profile that earned 92 points. A blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot aged 16 months in French oak, this 13.5% alcohol wine finishes with elegant restraint. Decant for herb-crusted lamb or age another 3-5 years to reveal additional complexity.

2020 Chateau Fortia Chateauneuf-Du-Pape Tradition Rouge, Rhone Valley, France $43.99
Supple and engaging, with steeped cherry and cassis melded with ganache and woodsy savory bass notes. Grilled orange peeledged acidity brings good energy to the warm, ripe profile, while a refreshing menthol note marks the nicely melded close. Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah. Drink now through 2030.
Blend: 45% Grenache, 45% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah
Château Fortia, located in the southern Rhône village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, is one of the appellation’s oldest and most historically significant estates. The domaine’s roots trace back to the 18th century, but it rose to prominence under the leadership of Baron Pierre Le Roy de Boiseaumarié in the early 20th century. A key figure in French wine law, Baron Le Roy was instrumental in establishing the AOC system that governs France’s appellation structure today, with Châteauneuf-du-Pape as the prototype. His legal and viticultural influence extended well beyond the Rhône Valley and shaped the landscape of modern French wine classification.
